VARIOUS MINISTRY SERVICES

Pastoral Coaching - coming alongside pastors with encouragement to live as God made them, regardless of performance in ministry. This can be done informally or in covenant to work on life and/or ministry skills.

Pastor's Personal Retreats - a two night, five meal retreat is available at no cost to pastors in the state at the Living Waters Retreat Center in Cornville, AZ. To register for the retreat, contact the retreat center at 866-856-2210.

Church Consultation - Natural Church Development coaching is available to help strenghten congregational health. Consultation is also available for problem solving, issue resolution, or general counsel.

Pulpit Committee Assistance - Church of God Ministries in Anderson and the state office are two sources of information for churches looking for a pastor, an interim, or church interested in relocation.

Pastoral Salaries and Benefits - information on fair compensation for church employees is available at the state office based on church size, location, church income, education, etc. The Church of God Pension website, cogpension.org, also has a lot of information on compensation.

Conditional Deeding Assistance - many congregations were conditionally deeded to Church Extension in Anderson. With its demise, assistance is available to do conditional deeding should the church ever close its doors.

Church Incorporation - every congregation needs to be incorporated and to keep incorporation current. Church incorporation status can be found on azcc.org.

Hispanic Bible Institute - A two year curriculum of classes training Hispanic leaders in the state.

Conferences and Camps - Arizona Gathering, Children's Camp, Youth Convention, WCG Retreat.
